What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C, and secure online payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance. A 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance paid before shipment.

How do you ensure product quality?

Quality control is integrated into every step of our manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to in-line production checks and final pre-shipment inspection. We can provide quality certificates upon request.

What if the goods are damaged or have quality issues upon arrival?

Please provide photos or videos of the damaged goods and the packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate immediately and propose a solution
